If you do choose to be loyal to a brand, it helps to know a little bit of about the history..it’s like football, if you support the best you will be slated unless you prove you know your stuff. Abercrombie & Fitch
Established: 1892 by David T. Abercrombie, Ezra Fitch bought a major share in the company, and in 1904, Fitch's surname was incorporated - so the official name was changed to Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
Style: A lifestyle brand, or to use their trademarked term, Casual Luxury which means using the finest cashmere, pima cottons, and highest quality leather to create the ultimate in casual, body conscious clothing.
Celeb’s sporting Abercrombie & Fitch clothing include Britney Spears, John F. Kennedy (although not any longer) and the legend that is David Beckham.

Armani
Established: Giorgio Armani and Sergio Galeotti founded the company in Milan in 1975.
Style: Authenitc Italian style and cut, Giorgio Armani S.p.A. is an Italian fashion company with it’s hand in many pies, designing and manufacturing fashion accessories, apparel, cosmetics, fragrances, home interiors, jewellery, eyewear and watches. All of which come under several labels including Giorgio Armani, Armani Collezioni, Emporio Armani, Armani Jeans, Armani Junior, Armani Exchange A|X, and Armani Casa.
George Clooney, Jose Mourinho, Heidi Klum, Beyonce…the list goes on! Everyone should own something by Armani.

Agent Provocateur
Established: The first shop was opened in London's Soho in 1994 by founders Joseph Corré and Serena Rees.
Style: Lingerie. A variety of ranges to suit everyone’s tastes and desire!
Celeb’s sporting lingerie by Agent Provocateur include Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera and Carmen Electra. Unfortunately we only have their perfume line!

Calvin Klein
Established: In 1968 by Calvin Klein.
Style: In 1971, Calvin Klein was described as the supreme master of minimalism and appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine. 22yrs later, 1993, Mr. C Klein was named America's Best Designer for his minimalist all-American designs. So CK is minimalist!
Again all the top celebrities wear Calvin Klein clothing and fragrances, some with greater dividends than others!

Chloé
Established: In 1952 by Jacques Lenoir and creator Gaby Aghion. Feeling her own name sounded as though it belonged to a fortune-teller, Gaby borrowed the warm, round, feminine Chloé from a friend instead.
Style: Chloé is a French luxury fashion design house headquartered in Paris, France, the house produces women’s prêt-a-porter, accessories, and fragrances.
Sienna Miller, Charlize Theron, Katie Holmes and Penelope Cruz all are fans of Chloé.

Diesel
Established: In 1978, the company is owned by its founder Renzo Rosso, and is based in Molvena in northern Italy.
Style: Rosso wanted Diesel to be a risk taking fashion house and surrounded himself with innovative designers. Diesel clothing is aimed at the younger market, particularly jeans, but more recently the brand can be found on everything from wristwatches to perfume.

Dolce & Gabbana
Established: Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana first met in Milan in 1980, while working as assistants in an artist’s studio. In 1982 they started business together.
Style: D&G is the younger, more flamboyant line of the brand, following an urban inspiration D&G attempts to set trends rather than follow them.
D&G have many celebrity fans, the likes of Madonna, Monica Bellucci, Isabella Rossellini and Kylie Minogue wear their designs.
Dyrberg Kern
Established: Gitte Dyrberg and Henning Kern established this trend-setting company up in the noughties.
Style: Their style is based on Scandinavian design traditions although is not particularly Nordic. Clean, modern lines reflecting personality, identity, quality, innovation and simplicity.

G-Star Raw
Established: In 1989.
Style: The brand specializes in making unwashed, untreated denim (RAW) in which all jeans start out as after being constructed. G-Star are influenced by military clothing, inspiration of their designs come from vintage military apparel.

Established: Founded by Guccio Gucci in Florence in 1921.
Style: An iconic Italian fashion and leather label. Gucci is one of the most famous, prestigious, and easily recognizable fashion brands in the world.

Hugo Boss
Established: In 1923. Boss are based in Metzingen, Germany, specialising in high-end menswear apparel. It is named after its founder, Hugo Ferdinand Boss.
Style: Boss Orange for men was launched as a sporty and casual range separating itself from the trendy Hugo brand and the sophisticated Boss Black brand. Boss Green is a completely sporty brand selling items designed for a sporty look.

Paul Smith
Established: His first shop was opened in Nottingham in 1970.
Style: A pre-eminent British designer, Paul Smith manages to combine the classic and the quirky allowing men to buy traditional designs which offer a pinch of individuality.
Jude Law is said to wear fragrances by Paul Smith.

Established: Early 1970s by the man himself.
Style: Experimental and extremely inventive bordering on bizarre, Roberto Cavalli likes to push technique to the limit!

Seiko
Established: Originally the company started in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewellery shop Tokyo, Japan. In 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha. Seiko is a Japanese word meaning exquisite, minute, or success.
Style: Seiko are best known for their wrist watches as well as their advanced technology. Seiko are one of the few watch manufacturers that produce all of their watches and movements entirely in-house.

Established: Set up by Italian designer Massimo Osti in 1982 as a secondary line of his main C.P Company label. Osti named the brand after the name of his boat.
