We have two delivery options available, which you can choose when placing your order. Delivery charges are per order so ordering more than one item at time means even more great value for you.

• Standard Service: FREE to the UK - delivery is normally within 3 working days.
• Express Service: £1.95 - 24 hour delivery.

Both services provide proof of delivery and are available for delivery to UK Mainland postcodes as defined by the Royal Mail (Zone 1).

Delivery address exclusions

We are committed to providing you with a fast and reliable delivery service at all times. During our busiest times and in a few of the more remote locations in the UK, however, delivery may take a little longer.

Who will be delivering your order(s)?

We have teamed up with Christian Salvesen (for warehousing / fulfilment), ParcelForce (for delivery to UK Mainland) and ANC (for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands and NI), trusted experts in fulfilment and delivery to make sure that you get a great, reliable service.

Accepting delivery

To ensure that we provide you with a secure shopping and delivery service, we do ask our carrier to get a signature when delivering an order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our carrier will do the following to make collection of your order as convenient as possible:

• Attempt to leave your order with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card to provide you with details of the neighbour that has signed for and accepted your order on your behalf;
• If it has not been possible to leave your order with a neighbour, our carrier will leave it at your local Post Office (if they are set-up receive parcels). The carrier will leave a card to provide you with details of the local Post Office that is holding your order for collection. You will also be able to track the order and location, using your parcel tracking number on www.parcelforce.com. Please remember to take proof of identification when collecting your order from the Post Office;
• If it has not been possible to leave your order at the local Post Office (if the parcel is too large or the Post Office doesn’t accept parcels) the carrier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery or, if you prefer, to collect your order from your local ParcelForce depot. Please remember to take proof of identification when collecting your order from the depot.

Alternative delivery addresses

If you prefer you can nominate an alternative delivery address, just complete the ‘alternative delivery address’ section at the checkout. All of your alternative delivery addresses can easily be stored for later use in the Address Book in Your Account area on the website. To access Your Account, sign-in and click the Your Account link. There is no extra charge for this service.
